BroadCaster Composer PRO-XL combines several essential audio processors into one clear and efficient processing chain:

## Input AGC – Automatic Gain Control

The built-in **Automatic Gain Control (AGC)** helps maintain a consistent input level even when the volume of individual audio sources varies.

The following parameters can be adjusted:

- **Target Level (dB)** – desired average output level
- **Speed (ms)** – response speed to changes in volume

AGC is particularly useful for Internet radio broadcasting, where it helps smoothly balance differences between quieter and louder tracks.

# 10-Band Graphic Equalizer

Shape the character of your broadcast sound using the integrated **10-band graphic equalizer**.

The equalizer operates across the range:

**31 Hz – 16 kHz**

Each band provides:

**±15 dB** of adjustment

This allows you to precisely shape bass, midrange and high frequencies and adapt the sound to your particular broadcasting style.

For example, low frequencies can be slightly boosted for a fuller bass response, while higher frequencies can be enhanced to provide greater clarity and presence for vocals.

The integrated **Multiband Compressor** reduces the dynamic range and helps create a **denser, more consistent and more powerful sound**.

- **Release (ms)** – compressor recovery time

## Speech / Voiceover

For clear and intelligible speech, unwanted low-frequency rumble can be reduced while the **1–4 kHz** presence range can be slightly enhanced.

Moderate compression helps keep the voice upfront without making it sound unnecessarily artificial.

## Windows Standalone

Composer PRO-XL can be operated as a standalone application on Windows.

For the lowest possible latency, an **ASIO-compatible audio interface** is recommended. **Windows WASAPI** is also supported.

## VST3 Plugin

Composer PRO-XL can also be used as a standard **VST3 plugin** inside compatible DAW, playout or broadcasting software.

# License Activation

License activation is simple and is performed directly inside the application.

1. Open **ABOUT** or **SETTINGS**.
2. Copy your unique **Instance ID**.
3. Click **Order License (Online)** to proceed with your license purchase.
4. Once you receive your license key by e-mail, click **Enter License Key**.
5. Enter the license key and click **Activate**.

The application will verify the license online and unlock all product features.

After the initial activation, the software supports **offline license verification**, so a permanent Internet connection is not required for normal operation.

If no valid license is entered, the application operates in **1-hour Demo mode**. After the demo period expires, audio processing is switched to **Bypass** mode.
